GW&K hosted a Leadership Panel event in Boston with six female leaders within our industry to discuss challenges faced by women in finance, such as gender bias, work-life harmony, and career progression. This open dialogue explored potential solutions to create a more inclusive and supportive industry, and empowered attendees with insights and practical advice.
The event begins with a presentation on trends in the industry by CFA Society Boston Chief Executive Officer Jeanne Wolf, followed by a panel discussion moderated by GW&K’s Kristin Chisholm and Adia Finn with five phenomenal women who have all achieved great success in this industry:
- Geeta Aiyer, President and Founder of Boston Common Asset Management
- Karen Barr, President and CEO of the Investment Adviser Association
- Gaby Greenman, Partner and Equity Analyst at GW&K
- Erinn King, Chief Strategy Officer at Income Research and Management
